The Dream Factory Sound Sanctuary offers a unique and immersive artist residency experience designed to provide musicians, producers, and songwriters with the space, time, and resources to fully explore their creative potential. Our program is built to foster deep artistic expression, personal growth, and collaboration in a supportive and inspiring environment.
What's included
A 3-Week Residency
Immerse yourself in your music without distractions. Each residency allows time for deep creative exploration, recording, and refinement of your work.
Private Accommodations & Shared Spaces
You'll stay in a comfortable, private living space with access to shared amenities, including a kitchenette, lounge areas, and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and reflection.
World-Class Recording Studio
Gain access to our fully equipped studio, featuring high-quality recording gear, a diverse selection of instruments, and professional audio engineering support when needed.
Creative & Personal Development
Beyond music production, our residency encourages artistic exploration through silence, meditation, and self-reflection, offering an environment where both sound and stillness fuel inspiration.
Meals & Transportation
We provide nutritious meals during your stay, and transportation support is available for artists traveling from out of town.
Professional Video Documentation
Access professional video gear and work with our staff to document your creative journey. Artists are encouraged to create video content during their stay to share on our YouTube channel and social platforms.
Community & Collaboration
While this is a self-directed residency, you'll be part of an inspiring creative atmosphere where ideas flow freely. Opportunities for collaboration with other musicians and industry professionals may arise naturally.
Wellness & Rejuvenation
Three restorative experiences during your stay:

How to apply
We are actively accepting applications for future residencies. While current availability may be limited, all applicants are kept on file and considered as new openings become available.
The residency is open to artists of all backgrounds and genres who are serious about their craft and looking for a transformative creative experience.

Applications are reviewed carefully, and selected artists are notified. If you're not accepted for the current cycle, you'll remain eligible for future residencies.
